Sue has 40 years of nursing experience in various fields such as ICU, Emergency and Occupational Medicine. She began working as a certified medical case manager 25 years ago and has enjoyed and appreciates the opportunity as well as the challenges of providing services to individuals sustaining injuries from either a work or motor vehicle related accidents. She specializes with catastrophic injuries such as traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord traumas, burns, amputations and various orthopedic injuries, and has experience with all age groups, ranging from young pediatric to the elderly. Sue believes the field of case management provides a wonderful and unique opportunity to work with a team of individuals consisting of the patient, families, adjusters, medical providers, employers, attorneys, therapist, contractors, etc.; Communication is essential in order to assess, make recommendations and develop the plan of care necessary to reach resolution and recovery. She feels proud and fortunate to have this opportunity to assist injured individuals and to be able to make a difference at such a crucial time of their lives.
