Bill Review Status Request

For requests related to the status of Medical Bill Review, please download the Manageability Provider Relations Status Request Form below. Fill out the BLUE sections and submit the form to providerrelations@manageability.com. Bills must be 20 days old or greater to be eligible for a status check—no more than 25 bills per submission. PLEASE ALLOW 5 – 7 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE.
